Corporate Sponsors

USA for UNHCR works with corporate sponsors to bring awareness, assistance and innovative solutions to the 42.5 million men, women and children around the world who have been forced to flee their homes in search of safety from violence and persecutions.

Our corporate sponsors help the UN Refugee Agency provide refugees with access to sports programs, computer and internet technology, and education and vocational training that would otherwise be out of reach.  Companies offer invaluable skills and expertise to our work  and we are proud to recognize their amazing contribution to the lives of refugees everywhere.

UPS Foundation

UNHCR is proud to collaborate with UPS® to provide much-needed emergency relief to refugees across sub-Saharan Africa. In 2012, the UPS Foundation pledged cash donations and in-kind assistance that will directly impact the lives of thousands of refugees.

In June 2012, UPS flew 13 tons of UNHCR aid items for distribution to some 10,000 Malian refugees in the Mbera refugee camp. The UPS Foundation has also provided support for emergency relief efforts in South Sudan, where heavy fighting between government and rebel forces has driven tens of thousands of Sudanese from their homes.

UPS is also collaborating with UNHCR by sharing its technical expertise to provide solutions to challenges UNHCR faces in delivering for refugees.

UPS has been a devoted corporate sponsor since 2010. Learn more.
