Corporate Partnerships

USA for UNHCR is working with corporate partners to bring awareness and support for the 34 million people around the world who have been forced to flee their homes because of persecution, violence and war.  These partnerships allow companies to show their support for the world’s most vulnerable populations while helping the UN Refugee Agency provide them with urgently needed protection, shelter, water, medical care and education.

Motorola Foundation - Community Technology Access

The Motorola Foundation is supporting three of UNHCR's Community Technology Access (CTA) centers in refugee camps in Rwanda and Bangladesh.  The centers provide thousands of refugees with access to computer and internet technology, opening the door to information and opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.  To learn more about the CTA click here.

Western Union Foundation - Education in Colombia

With the support of the Western Union Foundation, the UN Refugee Agency is working with local communities in Colombia to increase access to education for displaced children.  This generous support is helping construct classrooms for primary students and provide university scholarships for vunerable youth.
