Americans all across the country, from all different communities and walks of life, just made history by turning out to vote in record-breaking numbers. You answered the call and raised your voices for the issues that are most important to you – including supporting and standing with refugees.

And this was in spite of the enormous difficulties that 2020 has brought – a pandemic that continues to threaten our health and safety, a nationwide economic crisis and a long overdue reckoning on racial injustice.

Through all of this, thousands of dedicated supporters like you have continued to act with generosity and compassion, the embodiment of our country’s greatest values. You carry this humanitarian tradition forward every day, calling for compassion for refugees.

In this year when many of us have been reflecting on and embracing our values, USA for UNHCR is doing the same.
